Leg Training | 06.25.15


I really put in some work on these wheels tonight; a lot of volume and instinctive training based on the equipment was available. Overall, it was an incredible session and I am satisfied with the work! Oh, because of my current training split, hamstring exercises are no longer included on leg day because I train them on the same day that I train chest.

Squats
135 lbs x 20 x 3
225 lbs x 15
225 lbs x 20
275 lbs x 12
225 lbs x 15, 225 lbs x 10 (after the first 15 reps I re-racked the bar, rested for about 45 sec. then did 10 more reps)

Hack Squats
315 lbs x 15 x 2
315 lbs x 10, 225 lbs x 10, 135 lbs x 15 (drop set)

Single-Leg Leg Press
225 lbs x 15-20
275 lbs x 15-20 x 2

Abductor Machine
120 lbs x 25
140 lbs x 20
120 lbs x 25

Leg Extensions
75 lbs x 10 x 10-30 (on the 10th and final set, I performed 30 reps instead of 10)

Standing Calf Raises
330 lbs x 12 x 7
