Arm Training | 07.03.15 [VIDEO]


When I train arms, instead of doing all bicep, then all triceps or vice versa, I like to go back and forth between the two body parts; this method provides me with tremendous pumps. I also shy away from using too much weight and opt to use moderate weight that allows me to train with volume with repetitions in the 15-25 range; this method also gives me great pumps which is a sign that whatever I am doing, is working!

Hammer Curls For Thicker Arms


While the barbell curl is considered to be the king of biceps exercises, I actually prefer the hammer curl when it comes to adding size to my arms. Why? The barbell curl, while very effective, has always been the type of biceps exercise that exhausted my front delts way before my biceps. I realized years ago that anatomically barbell curls were not going to be the exercise to give me the big arms that I wanted, so I found an alternative: Hammer Curls.

Olympia Contender Victor Martinez Trains Arms [VIDEO]

Going into this year's Mr. Olympia, all of the predictions for the top-six do not include Victor Martinez.  People forget that in 2007, it was Victor who pushed Jay Cutler to the edge to claim his runner-up spot that year-many felt he should have won, myself being one of those people!  That was then, this is now and with his second place finish in May at the New York Pro and a win at the Toronto Pro shortly after, Victor set himself up with some pretty decent momentum going into the O.  In the video below he is training arms and you can determine if he is of top-six quality.
