Phase 2 Begins: Chest / Upper Back | 02.10.14

So my Phase II began today and I had a really solid training sessions.  I was strong on all of my movements and I wrapped everything up in just under 60 minutes.  I imagine that my excitement for the new training phase could be another reason why it was so successful. Whatever the reason, I really did enjoy it!  Session No. 2 is up tomorrow with Mid/Lower Back and Hamstrings.  But what I did today is listed in detail below.
