Performance Supplements Protocol

MuscleTech Platinum Multivitamin: 1 serving in the morning or early-afternoon

MRM Tribuplex 750: 1 serving pre-workout and evening (2 servings anytime on non-training days)

EVLUTION Nutrition ENGN: 1 serving pre-workout

EVLUTION Nutrition BCAA 5000: 1 serving pre-workout and post-workout (2 servings anytime on non-training days)
